As your business coach, I help business owners unlock the potential within their companies and create a healthy work-life balance whilst enhancing their income and growing their business in line with their vision. I offer a start point for those interested with a free business health check as a means of identifying opportunities for development.

Coaching Services

1 to 1 coaching sessions on either a weekly or monthly programme (varying between 1 and 8 hours per month). This is the most common and most beneficial programme. It involves a 12 month minimum arrangement paid monthly, that develops a business from a start point towards defined goals and improved performance. This programme is designed on a bespoke basis towards the business owners vision and utilises the full range of skills and education materials to provide maximum development opportunity. At the end of the programme the business owner has new skills that are tried and tested and the growth of the company can be maintained and continually improved as a result.

Provision of seminars / specific training needs of business owners and their team - sales, marketing, financials, business basics, and others. These can be provided for individuals or groups.

Provision of a series of business seminars as part of a club which meets twice a month to learn a different aspect of business key skills.

Quarterly planning days (1 day session every 13 weeks) - this is a full day of focusing on business performance and targets; generating a defined plan of actions for the business owners and managers to achieve during that period.
